The Water Utility Division of the City of Two Rivers is responsible for the following:

• Operates Water Ultrafiltration Facility
• Operates Water Distribution System, including two elevated storage reservoirs (water towers) and a high lift pumping station and reservoir serving a second pressure zone
• Conducts water meter testing, maintenance, periodic change-outs, new installs, and removals
• Turns Water Services On & Off
• Exercises Valves and Flushes Hydrants
• Performs Fire Flow Tests
• Operates the Laboratory
• Cross Connection Control Inspections & Record Maintenance
• Provides Reporting to WDNR / PSC / EPA
• Diggers Hotline Locates for Water, Sanitary and Storm Utilities
