Crime Stoppers

Through the Manitowoc County Crime Stoppers Organization, we will now be utilizing a mobile crime tips app, P3 Tips.  The P3 platform is a web based reporting system that enables the public to share information anonymously with Crime Stoppers programs and Law Enforcement entities in Manitowoc County. You can also include photos and videos with the tip.

P3 Tips is for gathering information about existing investigations, ongoing crimes and wanted individuals. It should not be used for incidents that need an immediate response, people should still call 911 for an emergency.

P3 Tips can be downloaded for free from the Apple store or Google Play, or accessed through the internet. P3 Tips gives the tipster the ability to report crime, communicate with law enforcement and receive updates on their tip anonymously.  Tipsters can still receive a reward if their information leads to an arrest and reward information can also be relayed to the tipster.
