Lead Facilities Worker - J.E. Hamilton Community House

The Lead Facilities Worker serves as the primary custodian and maintenance lead for the J.E. Hamilton Community House. This position is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and fully functional facility while supporting daily operations, programs, and rentals. The Lead Facilities Worker supervises part-time building attendants, coordinates facility readiness, and provides excellent customer service to all users of the building.

This position is also a core member of the Parks Maintenance team and will assist with park maintenance operations throughout the City’s park system as directed.

Starting salary will be $23.97 - $25.43 hourly, dependent on qualifications.
