Your support helps bring events to life and strengthens our community!

The Parks and Recreation Department is responsible for maintaining the city's outdoor recreation areas, parks, trails, beaches, and green spaces. We also provide broad-based recreational opportunities to improve the quality of life for citizens and visitors of all ages and abilities and present many exciting FREE events throughout the year that are well-attended and a staple of the community.

Help us continue this vital work with financial support as a donor or sponsor. Listed below are the many areas to which you can contribute to continue to make Two Rivers a great place to live, play, and visit! Special Events - Support the operation of special events in Two Rivers! These include events such as Cool City Christmas, July 4th Fireworks, Bands on the Beach, Concerts in the Park, and so much more!

Youth Sports Financial Aid and Equipment - This fund provides essential financial support to ensure that all youth can fully participate in our programs, regardless of their family’s ability to pay. Donations help reduce or eliminate program fees for children who need assistance and allow us to purchase equipment such as sports gear, safety supplies, and other materials that make recreation accessible, inclusive, and enjoyable for everyone.

Picnic Hill Disc Golf Course - The course will be revitalized with the removal of debris, cleaned fairways, new cement tee pads, and updated signage. Local businesses and community members are invited to donate or sponsor one of the 30 tee boxes holes for $250 each, with sponsors recognized with all-weather signs at their designated tee box. Funds raised will help restore the course to a high-quality recreational space, enhancing outdoor opportunities for residents and visitors alike.

Tree Donation in a Park or Cemetery - Your contribution will fund the planting of a tree within a city park or the cemetery grounds, creating a lasting, living tribute that enhances the natural beauty and serenity of our public spaces. Each donated tree includes a personalized plaque, offering a meaningful way to remember and celebrate those who have touched our lives.

Bench Donation - Honor a loved one, celebrate a special occasion, or leave a lasting legacy with the Bench Donation Program. Through this program, community members can donate a bench to be placed in one of the beautiful parks or public spaces throughout the City of Two Rivers. Each bench includes a custom plaque to commemorate your dedication.

Two Rivers Community Band - For over 100 years, our band has been part of the heart and soul of our community. Originally founded as the Hamilton Band in 1920, we are now proud to continue the tradition as the Two Rivers Community Band! Your generous donations help us maintain instruments and uniforms, purchase new music, support performances and community events.

Kayak/Boat Launches & Fish Cleaning Station - Help support the maintenance and improvements of the city's boat launch and fish cleaning station at Veterans Park and kayak launch at Paddlers Park.

Park Improvements - Our parks are an essential part of our community—places to play, relax, and connect. Donations support ongoing park improvements, maintenance, and enhancements that keep our parks safe, welcoming, and enjoyable for all ages.
