Hamilton Community Visioning Site
This page will track the progress of the Hamilton Community Visioning Process. The Hamilton site can accommodate several potential uses, equaled by community preferences for new industrial, residential, and retail development. This process will leverage robust community input to come to a shared vision of feasible and sustainable development that will be used to seek external funding and generate developer interest.
Process Roadmap

Community Input
The community visioning process used a combination of in-person and digital surveys to collect the broadest possible perspectives.
This resulted in three potential development concepts for the Hamilton property. These are presented in the June 30th slide deck included in the supporting documents.
The concepts will be assessed via a community survey posted on July 6th. The City will also host listening sessions on July 15th from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, and on July 21st from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the J.E. Hamilton Community House (Koska Room), and on August 5th from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Lester Public Library.
