Two Rivers Utilities Water Meter Replacement Program
TRU continually replaces certain water meters due to the age of the meters and requirements set by the Public Service Commission PSC 185. Each year, water utility staff replace on average 300-350 water meters.
Water meters are located inside homes and buildings. If your water meter is due for replacement, you will receive either a postcard in the mail or a phone call from the utility to schedule an appointment.
NOTE: If you do not receive a postcard or call from the utility, the water meter is not due for replacement.
Please follow the instructions provided on the postcard so we can arrange a convenient time to complete the replacement.
