2026 Lateral Replacement

Sealed bids for a single contract for lead service water line replacements and sewer lateral replacements will be received by the City of Two Rivers until 1:00 p.m. local time on February 10, 2026. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately thereafter in the City Hall meeting room.
