City Goals

CITY COUNCIL ADOPTS 2023 GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

The City Council at a special work session on January 30 adopted Goals and Objectives for 2023, to provide strategic direction for the City in the year ahead.

The Council spent two hours reviewing and revised a preliminary list of goals and objectives recommended by the Council's Personnel & Finance Committee, which had spent three hours on the task at a meeting in late December.

These goals and objectives will provide guidance to the City Manager and staff, as well as the City Council and citizen boards and committees, throughout 2023.
