Open House at the Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum
Meet museum volunteers and staff at this family-friendly event at Two Rivers’ unique working printing museum. See a master printer at work; print your own postcard; take a look at rarely seen items from the collection. Plus: photo ops, music and food trucks!
After the open house, stay for the New Impressions gallery reception and awards presentation 5-7 p.m. This is an international juried exhibition to showcase exploration and creativity with letterpress printing techniques. This call attracted 253 diverse entries from around the globe. The final 41 works on display are from artists in Brazil, Italy, Japan, Spain, United Kingdom, and the United States.
