Fusion Strength is a combination of yoga poses and Pilates core strength exercises “fused” to add balance, flexibility, and strength, using light weights. Great for all ages and abilities. You don’t have to be proficient in yoga or Pilates to participate. Modifications are given and the workout progresses moderately so everyone feels successful in the class. Come join us for an energizing workout.
Instructor: Ann Philbert Ann Philbert is a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer, working in the area for 12 years. She is proficient in yoga, Pilates, Cardio and strength classes as well as Zumba and Ballet Barre.
