Yoga For Relaxation & Self Regulation-April

$60 per person

This is a seventy-five (75) minute gentle yoga class to help manage over stimulation and stress. This class will give you tools to create more balance in your life. Each class begins with awareness and breath, we will then move into warming up and connecting the breath  to the body as it moves creating mind and body intelligence. We will explore different aspects of the yoga poses through breath and awareness and how to modify and create a practice that can be used daily in our lives both on and off the mat. Class will end with      poses of rest, rejuvenation, and final relaxation.  These classes are body positive, and designed for all levels and experiences of yoga.

Instructor: Jessica Johnson                                                                                                                             Jessica Johnson is a 200 hour Certified Yoga Teacher, and Licensed Massage Therapist. It is through the practice of yoga that she is learning how to find peace, compassion, patience and balance within herself and to share that with others from an authentic place. She    continues to study trauma informed yoga, yoga for all body types and healing through breathing, movement, and mantra.
