R.I.P.P.E.D. The One Stop Body Shock fitness system is a total body workout that puts the FUN in functional athletic based training. The combination of Resistance,  Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet  requires the body to respond to the constantly changing format within the session, offers ultimate results and with an emphasis on music, participants of all levels burn and build their bodies with smiles and determination.              *This R.I.P.P.E.D. class will be a modified, low impact class suited for anyone just beginning their exercise journey,  anyone who has any physical challenges such as knee  replacement or hip issues, the active older adult who doesn’t want to jump around.
