Hike the Trails of Two Rivers
Need some exposure to nature for fun or reflection? Today, the first Saturday in June, is National Trails Day. It’s a day to recognize all the incredible benefits federal, state and local trails offer.
Whether out for a leisurely stroll or a brisk run, there are many paths to explore in Two Rivers.
- Two Rivers is fortunate to have several miles of the Ice Age Trail nearby.
- Mariners Trail offers miles of unobstructed views of Lake Michigan.
- The Patrick Gagnon Memorial Trail winds through the the Lester Public Library gardens.
- Take the Rawley Point Recreational Trail from Two Rivers to the Point Beach State Forest just north of town.
- And don’t forget the paths of the Woodland Dunes Nature Center and Preserve!
It’s a beautiful weekend. Pack a picnic lunch and hit the trails!
