Boys in 7th and 8th grade can enjoy
competitive baseball during the summer.
Teams are formed and practices are held on
Tuesday nights from May – July. Games,
scrimmages, and tournaments are scheduled
throughout the summer with surrounding
communities.

This FREE assessment clinic is for ALL
registered participants of the Boys Little
Hooper program. Participants will run
through a few drills in order to establish
a fair assessment of their basketball
abilities prior to the league draft.

Learn individual skills of passing,
dribbling, rebounding and shooting. The
goal is to see these young future all-
stars enjoying the game with teammates.

Thinking of playing basketball? Want to
learn the fundamentals and improve your
game? If so, this is the program for
you. Participants will learn the basics
of passing, dribbling, and everyone’s
favorite – shooting. This clinic is
strongly recommended for boys and girls
before playing in the Mighty Mite or
Boys Little Hooper programs.
Class size is limited so register early!

out and enjoy our beautiful autumn weather
and let the kids burn off some energy.
This program is all about the participants
having a blast while learning the basics
and competing in game situations.

Participants of this basketball program
will learn and develop the fundamentals
of organized basketball. Emphasis is on
having fun while learning the necessary
individual skills and team development.
Players will learn about the rules and
the commitment as a player and teammate.
*Volunteer coaches are always needed.

In conjunction with the Two Rivers
Recreation Department, Manitowoc County
Youth Hockey is offering a Basic Ice
Skating or Learn to Play Hockey Program.
Basic Skate Program is geared toward all
ages (kids to adults) and will teach
skaters the basic skills needed in order
to skate comfortably. Participants will
learn to glide forward, stride, stop,
and will progress to crossovers and
backward skating. A helmet (bike helmet
is ok) and gloves are required for this
program.
Learn to Play Hockey Program is geared
toward kids ages 5-15. Skaters will
learn to stick and puck handle and other
basic hockey skills through drills and
scrimmages. Participants must be able to
skate forward comfortably with good
balance and have learned to stop and
turn reasonably well. Equipment required
is thick gloves, helmet, and a hockey
stick. Limited equipment is available
for use at the ice center.
*Skaters typically progress from Basic
Skate to Learn to Play Hockey and then a
County League or a travel team. Youth
travel teams and an adult league are
also available.

tennis. Participants must bring their own
racquets. Tennis balls provided. Classes
may combine if enrollment is low.

The Two Rivers Ramblers Youth Football
Club is a self-supporting football program
for students in 5th-8th grade.
Practices begin the first of August with
equipment hand-out the week before.
