Greg Buckley has served as Two Rivers City Manager since August of 1995.

His career in local government management dates back to 1981, and he has previously served as City Manager of Buchanan, Michigan, Assistant to the Village Manager of Oak Park Illinois, and Assistant City Manager of Grand Haven Michigan.

Mr. Buckley's education includes a BA degree in Public Management from the University of Maine and a Master of Public Administration Degree from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. He is a member of the International City/County Management Association (ICMA), Wisconsin City Management Association, and the Two Rivers Lions Club.
